FAQs

How do I get a prescription refill?

  • Please have your pharmacy send an e-scribe request for all refills. If you require a new prescription, please submit a request via the patient portal.

When will my lab results be on the portal?

  • All lab results will be published on your portal as soon as your PCP reviews the results.

How long does it take to process referrals?

  • It takes around 48 to 72 hours to process all referrals.

 Do we have in office X-rays?

  • No, our office only has DEXA scans.

Referral Authorizations:

  • If your insurance requires a referral authorization, we must have 2 business days to complete it. You also have to be seen for any new diagnosis and be up-to-date with your annual exam.

Do we offer the COVID vaccine?

  • No, COVID vaccines are available at your local pharmacy.

Do we offer Flu vaccines?

  • Yes, we offer flu vaccines for established patients and are available September through May.

Do we offer same day appointments?

  • We offer same day appointments for established patients in need of urgent care. Please call after 8am for availability.

What time does the office open?

  • Our office opens at 7:30am for lab work and 8am for regular appointments.

Do we test for COVID?

  • We offer rapid COVID, Flu and Strep testing for established patients.
